Wow... I am SUCH a fan girl.

Well... I wouldn't say destined, but if Kakashi was real... lol

No, because of how the sealing jutsu, that was used on the Kyuubi, works. Sandaime explains it in his fight with Orochimaru during the third chuunin exam.
