Okay... so I FINALLY got my pics from the C^3 Cosplay Picnic from my friend who had them. Due to the weather, I went as Time Skip Hyuuga-Hinata from Naruto instead of Pikachu-Girl. Sadly, despite all the hair spray in it, my hair still frizzed a bit. Well... let me know what you guys think, ok?!
